The team took some time out recently to celebrate another successful year in real estate.  This year saw the launch of our new brand ‘Innovation Real Estate’ and ‘Innovation Rentals’ plus our welcome move from Jindalee to new premises at Jamboree Heights.  We now take time to reflect on a fantastic year.  We thank each and every one of our team including contractors, vendors, landlords, tenants and everyone who has become part of the Innovation Real Estate journey in 2017.  We wish you much joy and happiness over the holidays. We look forward to more exciting times in 2018.  Our office is open throughout this time except for the public holidays and Christmas Eve.

Have you seen this new ‘Three Birds Renovation’ TV series sponsored by realestate.com.au.  Some great inspiration for renovation from these ladies who are super organised and manage to renovate a home in just 9 weeks flat. Some great inspiration for anyone thinking about maximising the value of their home for a future sale.  Whether you do or don’t like the styling or might not be up for the sheer scale of these reno’s there’s still something to be learned from the process and little details that add up to a more valuable outcome.
